DMDP is a multifaceted program which focuses on the development and growth of the Digital Media Industry of Pakistan along with increasing effective networking between the Government and the youth of Pakistan.
DMDP aims to bridge the gap between the students, Government of Pakistan and the Digital Media industry in order to move towards a brighter future in the Digital Media Ecosystem.
The aim of DMDP is to create and mentor a cadre of empowered students who are equipped with the new-age skills required to operate in the Digital Media industry and to empower this talented Pakistani youth to work for national and international media organizations.
DMDP is a program designed specifically for bachelor students who are about to graduate and enter the industry. This program is designed to empower them and help them learn how the digital media industry works and to give them an on-ground flavor of it.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be in the third or final year of any one of these bachelor degree programs
- Mass Communication
- International Relations
- Journalism
- Public Policy and Administration
- Media Sciences
- Computer Sciences
- Software Engineering
- Business Administration
Applicants should be in the age bracket of 19-25 year
Students of registered madrassas may also apply.
Overseas students can also apply to this internship program. They will be appointed in the embassy of the country of stay
Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be made as per the procedure and guidelines contained in the relevant laws, rules and orders of the Government of Pakistan
