Statkraft’s international trainee program is a unique door opener into working life. A tailor-made program that is adapted to you, your competence and the position you will enter after 16 months as a trainee.
You will get the best start in working life, and get to know Statkraft through job rotations and training. All the way closely followed up by colleagues, regular courses and joint meetings with other trainees. One in three rotations is most often abroad

In addition, we believe you have a master’s degree with good results, mastering languages, and have good communication skills. You are eager to learn and want to make a difference for yourself, for Statkraft and for the environment.

If you are still a student, include an official transcript of the grades you have achieved so far. Your application and documentation should be in the same language as the job advertisement. 3. TEST:
As part of the process, aptitude and personality tests leads us to knowing you better.
4. ASSESSMENT CENTER:
Selected applicants are invited to a day of assessments. This is also where you meet other candidates.
5. OFFER AND BACKGROUND CHECK:
Your offer from us. Note that a background check will be performed on candidates who accept an offer.
