Churchill Fellows are dedicated and dynamic individuals with a vision for change in their community or sector. We support their mission by funding them to explore innovations around the world and then helping them to put their ideas into practice in the UK. This can be done in person or online.
Fellows come from all areas of society and work on any issue they are passionate about. We select them regardless of qualifications, background or age, and we prioritise those who would not receive funding from other sources. They bring lived or learned experience of the issue they wish to address, and Churchill recognise the insight and authority these bring.
Eligibility Requirements
- Churchill Fellowships are open to all UK adult citizens, regardless of background, qualifications or age.
- The Churchill Fellowship is looking for people with the passion and potential to make a real difference, from every part of society.
- The Churchill Fellowship select up to 140 new Fellows every year.
How to APply
- Application is by a simple online form that is available once a year when we are open for applications. Before starting, you should ensure that you meet our eligibility criteria for who we can fund and the kind of project we can support.
- If you are shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a more detailed proposal online, and invited for a short interview with our selection panel.
